At Vidya Niketan Computer Academy, we aim to provide transparency and fairness in our payment process
1. Course Fees
All course fees once paid are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified during promotional offers or under special consideration by the administration.
2. Cancellations
If a course is cancelled by the academy, the full amount will be refunded or adjusted against future enrollment.
If a student discontinues mid-course voluntarily, no refund will be issued.
3. Exceptions
Any exception to this policy is at the sole discretion of the management and must be requested in writing.
